Monday,
April 16th Siena - Florence -
Siena
This morning we
depart for Florence for a
morning walking tour of the
cradle of the Renaissance. Visit
the beautiful Piazza del Duomo,
the Cathedral of Santa Maria del
Fiore, Giotto’s Bell Tower, the
Baptistery of St. John with its
Bronze doors “Gates of
Paradise”, Palazzo Pitti, the
Academy of Fine Arts Gallery,
housing the “David” by
Michelangelo and the Piazzale
Michelangelo. After lunch on own
we journey back to Siena. The
balance of the day is at
leisure.

April 17th Siena
The day is at
leisure.
Wednesday, April
18th Siena - San Gimignano -
Siena
This morning we
will drive through the Chianti
region to San Gimignano, a
charming medieval town perched
on a hilltop that has remained
intact through the centuries.
After our visit we continue to
Siena and visit the Cathedral,
the Opera Metropolitan Museum,
the famed Piazza del Campo and
the Town Hall.

20th Siena - Cinque Terra -
Siena
Early departure
for full day tour of the Cinque
Terra. Short visits in each of
the towns connected by the
train. Lunch on own. Late
evening return.

22nd Siena - Chianti Region -
Siena
One of the most
suggestive areas of Tuscany,
known all over the world for its
wine and its countryside that
alternates woods with wines and
olive trees, farmhouses, villas
and castles. You will visit a
place of historical and artistic
interest in an old village where
you will enjoy a snack and a
wine tasting. Lunch will be at a
vineyard or a local restaurant.
Late return to the Villa this
evening.

Tuesday, April
24th Siena - Orvieto - Siena
This morning we
visit Orvieto, perched high atop
a volcanic rock. Access, denied
to many would be conqueror
through the ages, is easy for
you. Ride a modern funicular
right through the forbidding
ramparts. Time for lunch own,
browsing through tempting shops
in the lanes off the Piazza del
Duomo, and finding the right
angle for a picture of the
fabulous Gothic façade of the
Orvieto Cathedral. Afternoon
return to the Villa.

Your
representative transfer you to
the airport in Florence for your

Porterage:Allowance
of one (1) piece of luggage per person (not to exceed 50
pounds in weight) “In” and “Out” of each hotel.
Housekeeping Staff:Housekeeper
and Cook can be provided daily at an additional charge. Food
purchases are the responsibility of the tour participants.
Airport Transfers:
As long as the group travels on the same air
itinerary, transfers will be provided upon arrival and
departure at no additional charge.
Air Quotation:
Group Air on Alitalia from JFK to Florence
and return has been included in this quotation. Airlines
reserve the right to levy additional fuel surcharges and
taxes until ticketed. Change Fees will apply. Tickets are
Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable, and Non-changeable
Comprehensive Travel Insurance:
Although not included, Insurance is
highly
recommended for each participant. The Insurance premium is
$142.00 per person. The Insurance covers Trip Cancellation,
Interruption, Delay, Supplier Bankruptcy. Medical Protection
and Emergency Evacuation back to the United States. Baggage
Protection for loss or delay. Travel Accident Protection * Rates (U.S. dollars) are per person, based
on double occupancy. Government fees/taxes and optional air
transportation are additional for all guests. Rates are
subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
