We specialize in all types of groups: Family Reunions, Church travel in the Lands of the Bible, Club Members traveling together to enjoy one another’s companionship and comraderie; Promotional Groups sponsored by DJs and or celebrities.
We guide you through the selection process. We present you with a Proposal and Quotation. Once agreed upon we help you market with an E-brochure that you can email to your prospects. The E-brochure has a Reservation Application for the prospect’s ease of booking and reserving their space in the group. We can produce a Power Point presentation that you can use to spark interest in your group members interest in traveling together whether it be a cruise or Escorted Tour.
We work to make a payment plan meet the group’s needs. We only release deposits to our supplier when the group has formed and we have met the minimum number of participants. We communicate with each person individually and answer all their questions as well as instilling confidence in the group and the tour or cruise.
We can also arrange local transportation to airports or piers so the experience is seamless.
Once documents are delivered we answer any and all questions that arise. We instill confidence into the occasional traveler. We only use preferred suppliers who will deliver an enjoyable travel experience.
Group Leaders can earn free travel or take the Credit Earned based on the number of travelers and divide it equally amongst the participants.
No group is to small or to large to receive exceptional service and attention.

What is your first thought when you hear "group travel"? Are you thinking older folks hopping on a bus tour? Or college kids flying south for spring break? Sure, those are groups but they are not the only definition of group travel. As long as you have the same itinerary, the airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour companies consider you a group. Groups could mean a destination wedding or family reunion, you and your couple friends taking an island getaway, a bachelor or bachelorette party in Las Vegas, or attending a sporting event. So, if you are planning a trip with others, take a head count and see if you have enough people to qualify for a group discount. Remember the more people the better the deals.
