DAY 3, Thursday
This morning's city tour takes you into Split's historic inner city, built around Roman Emperor Diocletian's Palace, and listed by UNESCO a World Cultural Heritage Site. On this fascinating tour you will view remnants of Split's Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter's Temple, the Epistyle, and the Cathedral. In the afternoon, we transfer to the countryside village of Medjugorje, Bosnia, one of most famous pilgrimage destinations in the world today (B, D): MEDJUGORJE

DAY 4, Friday
Enjoy morning mass at St. James Church, and afterwards, continue on an orientation tour of the village. Here you will meet with local villagers and visit Apparition Hill (Mt. Podbrdo), the alleged site where the Virgin Mary first appeared in June, 1981. In the evening, attend the recitation of the rosary and the healing service at St. James Church (B, D): MEDJUGORJE

DAY 5, Saturday
Morning mass at St. James Church, followed by a visit to Mt. Krizevac (Cross Hill) through the Stations of the Cross. In the evening, return to Medjugorje and attend service at St. James Church (B, D): MEDJUGORJE

DAY 6, Sunday
This morning, attend Sunday mass at St. James Church. The remainder of the day is free at leisure to pursue some passions of your own. Attend the evening service at St. James Church (B, D): MEDJUGORJE

DAY 7, Monday
Depart Medjugorje this morning and travel south along the scenic Adriatic coast, passing old fishing villages and new reports, en route to the walled city of Dubrovnik. The tour continues to view the Dominican Monastery and Franciscan Monastery with its pharmacy, one of the oldest of its kind, dating from 1317. Enjoy the balance the day exploring Dubrovnik on your own (B, D): DUBROVNIK
