COMMON QUESTIONS

How many free trips can I earn?

Trips are priced differently so it depends on the number of people traveling in the group. Normally tours include 1 free trip earned for each 20 fully paid passengers. If you need more free trip, such as 1-free-for-15 or 1-free-for 10, just let us know and we can calculate your quote accordingly. You can give the 'free' trips to other passengers who can help you promote the tour or 'sell' the free trip as a fundraiser for your organization, or use it for personal travel.

What is my primary responsibility as a "Group Leader"?

As a group leader your responsibility is to gather people who will go on the selected cruise or tour. Then you serve as a contact for the group to arrange payments, document delivery addresses, etc. By promoting the tour or cruise you would typically earn your trip for free depending on the amount of people traveling.

Does everyone know I am traveling for free?

No. The terms of your arrangements are strictly confidential.

Each student is equipped with a card containing an outline of a person, place, or event highlighted in the itinerary. The student will either make a presentation about the person, place, or event during the group's time on tour or they will use this information to go through an attraction and learn about the chosen subject.

Flash Forward

Students flash forward into their future career path with a behind-the-scenes look at what a typical day is like in some of the coolest jobs imaginable: scientists, broadcasters, and musicians, just to name a few.

Cultural Cuisine

Students learn about the history and culture of a region through its cuisine. Each city has different ethnic neighborhoods that add character, culture, and history to the region.

Footsteps of Legends

The Program Director or Local Guide will talk about the historical events of a legend in history as students retrace the footprints of history during their walking tour. Or role players dressed in historical costume will recount history from their character’s perspective.

Active Learning

The world around the students is brought to life with Active Learning. Activities such as Math Challenge, Transportation Nation, or a Scavenger Hunt will make a city sightseeing tour or admission to a museum more entertaining and interactive for students.
